Broga, a Yoga class that was developed specially for men (but of course welcomes women as well), was featured on the WGN morning news on Thursday, June 25th. XSport’s Broga Instructors, Kevin and Roj, lead WGN news personalities Demetrius and Marcus through this class that combines Yoga postures with functional strength training.
