  • Have a Game Plan
    Streamlining starts with knowing what you’re trying to accomplish – in other words, what are your goals? You should know these for each workout! For example, you might have finally performed a pull up, so this week you’re working on two. Or, you’re bench pressing 125 pounds, now shooting for 130.

Plan Your Next Workout with the XSport Fitness App

The XSport Fitness App is a complete fitness and nutrition tool, packed with tons of features to help you reach your fitness goals. In this article and video we will look at planning your workouts. The app comes with a variety of workouts for you to follow, and allows you to easily create custom workouts from thousands of exercises.

Plan an Existing Workout

Select “My Workouts” from your home screen

Scroll through your club’s workout page to see what workouts have been created for you to try! Select a workout to learn more about it.

Choose your Workout & click “Plan this Workout”

Select your start date, number of weeks, and when you want this workout to end. You can plan different workouts for different days of the week!

Big Breakfasts, Big Benefits

Breakfast egg wrapNew studies confirm that to eat healthy, breakfast really can be the most important meal of the day. Researchers from a 2017 cohort study of more than 50,000 healthy adults found evidence that a lower body mass index (BMI) is associated with not only eating breakfast, but making it the biggest meal of the day.

Other research claims include that breakfast eaters versus breakfast skippers may lose weight easier, and that when your breakfast is nutritious, and followed by a relatively smaller lunch and dinner, you may ward off extra body fat in the long term. EAT HEALTHY in The XSport Life – Recipe here
